27 New London Blue Badge Tourist Guides

27 successful candidates from the 2012-2014 London Blue Badge Course, pictured below were presented with their badges by Yvonne Leach, the President of the Institute of Tourist Guiding, at a ceremony at the Founding Museum on 9 April.

Of the successful candidates, nine are qualified to guide in languages other than English including:   German, French, Italian, Russian, Czech, Cantoneses and Welsh.  The Association of Professional Tourist Guides (APTG) prize for the Best Written Exam was presented to Robert Humphreys by Derek Tarr.  The Katrine Prince award (Guide of the Year) was presented to Ruth Rolling by Martin Prince.
