I’m Lauren, a bubbly and passionate blue badge tour guide, keen to show you my home- London!

I trained as an actor, and love being able to use my skills to entertain and inform my guests. London is bursting with fascinating tales and I strive to make the history of this city fun, interesting and accessible for everyone!

My family hails from the East End, so I’d love to show you this diverse neighbourhood and teach you some Cockney rhyming slang. We can explore through the tasty medium of food- trying some classic fish and chips and learning about the migrant history of the neighbourhood as well as exploring london’s free gallery- brick lane- the best place to see incredible street art!

Or perhaps something a bit more regal- We can head to Westminster and see the royal palaces and parks, the iconic Westminster Abbey, and march with the guards before enjoying some delicious afternoon tea. 

I’d love to show you the local haunts, my favourite pubs in the theatrical and lively neighbourhood of Soho, or the foodie scene of Borough market and the South Bank, where we can visit Shakespeare’s Globe theatre and drink a pint in an old riverside tavern.
