自 1996 年自台灣觀光科系畢業後，我一直在旅遊與飯店業工作，將近30年的經驗使我累積了豐富的客服與緊急應變處理。
因為性格隨和、親和力強，加上熱愛講故事，我自然地走上了領隊之路。多年來，我帶領過團隊走遍亞洲、美國、加拿大，以及後來發展主要在歐洲、非洲與澳洲各地。同時我也擁有台灣國際領隊證照，不僅在英國也在歐洲及不同國家服務過不同需求的客人，包括 VIP 貴賓團、家庭旅遊、政府機關與企業參訪團，以及大型旅遊團體。
在英國生活近十年後，我決定挑戰了強度極高的藍牌導遊課程，並成功通過嚴格的考試。
我相信，導覽不僅是帶路，更是帶你「走進故事」。
無論是博物館裡的鎮館之寶、皇室的軼聞秘辛，還是街角巷弄中那些容易被忽略的驚喜，我都希望用最輕鬆的方式，讓歷史與文化變得生動有趣。
我的風格是：說點歷史、聊些故事，偶爾好玩地補充一個建築小細節，或者古人堅持的小習慣。

Hello, I’m Winnie , a qualified London Blue Badge Tourist Guide.
Since graduating in 1996 with a Tourism degree in Taiwan, I have worked in the travel and hospitality industry almost 30 years, building strong experience in customer service and emergency crisis management.
With a friendly personality, an easy-going style, and a passion for storytelling, I naturally became a tour leader. Over the years, I have led groups across Asia, the United States, Canada, and extensively throughout Europe, Africa, and Australia. I also hold an International Tour Manager license from Taiwan, which has allowed me to serve a wide variety of clients, from VIP and family trips to government delegations, corporate visits, and large tour groups.
After nearly ten years living in the UK, I challenged myself with the Blue Badge training course and proudly passed the exams. For me, guiding is not just about showing places — it’s about bringing stories to life. From museum treasures and royal anecdotes to hidden corners of London, I aim to make history and culture engaging, accessible, and fun.
